Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-ordering Requirements

Advance Ordering: All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Orders placed after this period may not be processed, and the platform will not be liable for non-fulfillment.

Order Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for placing pre-orders is two days prior to the delivery date.

Menu Availability: The menu for pre-orders may change every 2 weeks. Items available are subject to inventory, and the platform reserves the right to modify the menu based on availability.

2. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the order details.

All orders will be considered final after confirmation. Modifications or cancellations must be made within [mention specific time, e.g., 4 hours of placing the order] or before the kitchen begins preparing the order.

The cloud kitchen reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled within the specified time frame.

3. Delivery and Pick-up Policy

Delivery Times: Delivery will be made within the time slot chosen at the time of order. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

Pick-up Option: Customers can choose to pick up their orders from the kitchen between 8:30AM-10:00AM Breakfast, 12:00PM-02:00PM Lunch, 06:00PM-07:30PM Dinner on the scheduled date. Customers must present the order confirmation for verification.

Changes in Delivery: If there are any delays or changes in delivery time, customers will be informed via email/SMS.

4. Payment Terms

Pre-payment Required: All orders must be pre-paid at the time of booking via the available payment methods on the platform (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

GST and Taxes: Prices are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Any changes in tax rates may reflect in the final bill.

Payment Failure: In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within [e.g., 24 hours] of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy: If a cancellation is made within the permissible time, the amount will be refunded within5-7 business days] to the original payment method.

In case of any error on our part, such as incorrect delivery or missing items, please notify us within [e.g., 30 minutes of receiving the order], and we will take corrective action, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

The cloud kitchen will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, but it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any specific allergies or restrictions at the time of placing the order.

The platform disclaims any responsibility for allergic reactions or health issues arising from food consumed if dietary restrictions were not clearly communicated.

7. Liability

The cloud kitchen takes stringent measures to ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely service. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to unforeseen events such as traffic, weather, or third-party delivery issues.

The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the service.

8. Menu and Price Changes

The cloud kitchen reserves the right to modify the menu and prices at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect confirmed orders but will apply to future orders.

Special offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal information, such as name, contact details, and payment information, will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except for essential services such as payment processing and delivery fulfillment.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising will be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts in [City, India] will have exclusive jurisdiction.
